Director of the Black Male Donor Collaborative administered by the Schott Foundation. In this role, Nicole manages this initiative aimed at improving educational outcomes for Black male students initially within the New York City area and eventually across the nation.
Prior to coming to the Schott Foundation, Nicole served as the Executive Director of the University of the West Indies Development & Endowment Fund (“the Fund”). By leveraging new investments and creating comprehensive partnerships between the University communities, philanthropic organizations globally and the corporate sector, the Fund increased its endowment from $48 million to over $500 million in three years. Simultaneously, she established the Centre for Caribbean Philanthropy and a US based nonprofit organization to support the UWI.
She has a Masters Degree in Public Administration New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor’s in Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
